February was just an exciting month at the store. Not only were the turnouts large for our tasting but the wines were just exceptional. I hope you were able to take part in our Red Zinfandel weekend, or the special tasting we did for the American Legion Baseball Fundraiser at The Loft, we had about 100 in attendance and it was a great afternoon of tasting wines and baseball stories.
March will be one month you’ll definitely want to be celebrating at the store with all of the events we have planned for you. With March Madness tipping-off, we’ll be offering our Robert Rothschild dips, spreads, and sauces for game time. With any two purchase of dips you’ll get a FREE bag of snack crackers or pretzels!! Also, this month I’ll be needing corks so for two days you bring in your corks and receive a discount on your wine purchases. Check out the March calendar for the dates. The last time I did this I had a very good response so I’m hoping there are some corks out there you’ll want to get rid of. “Wine Down Friday” will be back this month which is very popular.
I’ll be attending some Wine Trade shows in the next couple of weeks so be looking for new wines showing up at the store. I will be gone one day for our grandson’s 1st birthday party-oh what a great life we have!!
